Terms & Conditions – Coffee Van Hire
Thank you for choosing Kiki Coffee. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee of 20% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be received by the due date stated on your invoice. Unless you have a pre arranged payment system made with us.
- Payment can be made via [bank transfer, PayPal, Credit card.]
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the booking fee.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@kikicoffee.com.au 3 days before the event.
- Cancellations within 48 hrs of the event will result in forfeiture and the full remaining invoice balance will be required.
3. Event Requirements
- We require a flat, safe, and legal parking space for our van, with sufficient clearance and access.
- Access to electricity and clean water may be required; details will be confirmed upon booking.
- Any permits, parking fees, or permissions required are the responsibility of the hirer.
4. Service Duration
- Standard service includes [Up to 3 hours] from agreed start time. Additional hours must be arranged in advance and may incur extra charges.
5. Menu & Customization
- The agreed menu and quantities will be finalized at least 3 days before the event.
- Custom menu items or branding may be arranged for an additional fee.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Kiki Coffee holds valid public liability insurance.
- We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by factors outside our control.
- The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the van or equipment by event guests or third parties.
7. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, illness, or vehicle failure.
8. Photos & Promotion
- We may photograph or film our setup and services during your event for promotional use unless advised otherwise in writing.
9. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the event complies with local regulations.
- The client must inform us of any site-specific hazards or access issues in advance.
